The Advanced Spectrum V3.0 covers the full 400-780nm range:

Blue (~450 nm): Encourages compact growth and strong stems.
Green (500–600 nm): An inefficient wavelength range with minimal impact on plant growth. While it offers little physiological benefit to plants, it enhances visual clarity for the human eye, making aquascapes look more vivid and natural.
Red (~660 nm): Drives photosynthesis and vibrant coloration.
Deep Red (700–780 nm): Boosts root development and stabilizes plant growth cycles.
